One of the best experiences of my life was spending a few months learning yoga from the amazing teachers Chaitanya and Saranagati in Cusco, Peru. Both Chaitanya and Saranagati have had many years of experience in yoga and holistic sciences and it is evident in their teachings to their students. They have learned, practiced and taught yoga in India, US and South America. They share their knowledge and experience to help students understand all aspects of yoga and yoga life. Inbound Yoga fosters growth and development for each person, encourages strength physically, spiritually and mentally and presents many different opportunities to learn about yoga and beyond. Inbound Yoga is very professional yet friendly with a beautiful centre in San Blas, Cusco and a gorgeous retreat in the Sacred Valley (near Cusco). Inbound Yoga also offers yoga teacher training which is fantastic to learn about your own yoga practice and to teach others if desired. The yoga teacher training is the best way to learn how to adjust your own asanas (poses), practice pranayama (breathing), learn about chakras and the inner you, meet some amazing people and learn from other likeminded people. I can now practice yoga and know exactly what I should be doing, how to correct myself, and how to teach a class. So, if you are ever in Cusco or Lima in Peru and you want a life changing experience, be sure to look up 'inbound yoga' and book yourself in for the training or a class and do yourself a favor.

My yoga teacher training with Inbound Yoga Cusco was one of the most magical, purifying experiences I have ever had. Cusco is the ideal place to venture beyond the everyday and into ones mind, body and soul and this is precisely where I found myself after three weeks in training. I cannot think of anything more beautiful than the way we spent our days. The mornings spent learning the asanas, hydrated by freshly squeezed juice at the market before learning anatomy, the history and philosophy of yoga and sanskirt titles, followed by a yoga practice, discussion on the complexities of the practice and introspection into the changes we were experiences inside and out. Weekends at the eco-yoga farm helped me to reconnect with the earth and strengthen my practice (and my headstand) in the midst of the Peruvian mountainside.

I completed teacher training with new respect and love for the guru (one who brings light to dark). I built friendships with people from around the world with similar understandings of life and feel so blessed to have shared the times we did. I learned how to teach something that makes people smile, that takes people deep inside themselves. What a beautiful beautiful opportunity! Upon completing my training, I continued to travel North to Colombia, currently I find myself teaching yoga beachside in Ecuador and hope to continue sharing the message of yoga around the world- union, peace, love and laughter with eternal thanks to Chaitanya for his patience and perseverence as our teacher.

Namaste.
I feel that the course was a gift from the divine which raised all of the people included to another level in evolution. Not only was the course packed with information about the physical yoga postures, but it was also very spiritually guided, and beautiful. I learned so much within a seemingly short period of time and am very grateful. All of the students and especially the teacher were very beautiful and good to be around. The weekends spent at the yoga farm were very relaxing and lovely, I feel they were integral to the learning experience. I am very happy and grateful to have been able to be part of the course, it was definitely full of worth. I am especially happy to be able to teach and learn after the course has finished. Chaitanya is especially knowledgable and an excellent professor. Today I was reading some passages in the book, course in miracles which said that the teacher is a learner from the students. I have noticed this exchange in energy, that the divine position of a teacher can only exist due to the students, who also teach. It is a beautiful exchange in energy. I suggest to everyone, and advise, if you feel a tug at your heart to learn about yoga and even teach, please take this course. It is of great benefit and beauty. I have found that all of the persons who are guided to come to this place are do due to divine intervention. So listen to you heart, and Open Wide for the ride of your life!
